The person behind Peterson Websites

I'm Colt Peterson, the person behind Peterson Websites.

I got interested in business early. I liked figuring out how companies work. How they find customers, how they earn trust, how a small change can make a business run better. I paid attention to the businesses around me and how they presented themselves.

Around the same time I got into technology. Computers, networking, coding, web development, design, and the kind of problems where you have to keep digging until something clicks. I like learning how things work, and I like taking an idea and turning it into something real that people can use.

I also just enjoy helping people. Watching a business get a tool that makes it look and work better is a good feeling.

Web development is where all of that meets. It's creative and technical at the same time. It's design and problem solving. And done right it actually helps the business it's built for.

I'm 17. I'm not going to pretend I've been doing this for twenty years. What being young actually means here is that I'm hungry to learn, I'll put in the work, and I care about getting the result right. When you hire me you get someone paying full attention to your project.

Direct, and focused on your project

  • You work with me from the first call to launch. No handoffs.
  • I ask questions about your business before I design anything.
  • You see the plan before I build, so there are no surprises.
  • I stay available after launch when something needs to change.

How working together goes.

It's just the two of us. You work directly with the person building your site the whole way through.

  1. Discover

We talk about your business, your customers, and what the website needs to do. I ask a lot of questions.

  2. Design

I map out the structure and a visual direction so we agree on the plan before any real building starts.

  3. Build

I build the site with modern tools. Fast, responsive, and easy to update.

  4. Refine

You review it. We adjust copy, layout, and details until it's right.

  5. Launch

We put it live. I make sure everything works and show you how to use it.
